Financial Assistance for Exhibitors

If your organization is unable to pay the full amount for exhibition space, we can work with you to fit your budget. Please note that financial assistance only applies to the half table package. Contact us at scriblabconference@gmail.com for more information.

2025 Exhibit Space Packages

Half Table Package for Penguin Productions

includes the following:

  • one half of a 6.5 ft table, equal to 3.25 x 2 ft space

  • one chair

  • one printed exhibitor ID sign

  • one waived registration to full conference

  • listing on website

Refund & Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your purchase of exhibitor space, the following refund schedule applies:

  • Up to one month before the conference (before May 21, 2025), refunds will be issued less transaction fees.

  • Up to two weeks before the conference (before June 7, 2025), refunds will be issued less a 10% fee.

  • Up to one week before the conference (before June 14, 2025), refunds will be issued less a 50% fee.

  • No refunds or credits are available within one week of the conference (starting June 14).

  • SCRiB LAB cannot provide refunds for an exhibitor who is unable to attend the conference, for any reason. 

  • If SCRiB LAB has to cancel the conference, you will receive a full refund.
