Financial Assistance for Attendees
If you are unable to pay for any of the levels of registration at this time and would like to attend the 2025 conference, we would love to help you! Here are two ways you can receive a waived registration:
Apply for a Scholarship
We have six scholarships available for eligible recipients. To apply, please email scriblabconference@gmail.com by Friday, June 6 with the following information:
name
title (ex: playwright, administrator, literary manager, student, etc.)

What are your goals for attending the 2025 SCRiB LAB Playwriting Conference?
Awardees will be notified by Friday, June 7. All eligible recipients will be thrown into a “hat” and randomly selected. Eligibility is determined by the answers to the above questions.
Sign-Up to Volunteer
In exchange for four hours of volunteer work, you will receive free registration to the rest of the conference.
We have all the volunteers we need this year. Thank you!
Refund & Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your purchase, the following refund schedule applies:
Up to one month before the conference (before May 21, 2025), refunds will be issued less transaction fees.
Up to two weeks before the conference (before June 7, 2025), refunds will be issued less a 10% fee.
Up to one week before the conference (before June 14, 2025), refunds will be issued less a 50% fee.
No refunds or credits are available within one week of the conference (starting June 14).
SCRiB LAB and TPS cannot provide refunds for any registrant who is unable to attend the conference, for any reason.
If SCRiB LAB or TPS has to cancel the conference, you will receive a full refund.
Registration payments go through TPS, so please contact them directly if requesting a refund.
