REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

If you need to cancel your registration for a lab, the following refund schedule applies:

  • Three (3) days or more before a class, refunds will be issued less a 10% fee.

  • Less than three (3) days before a lab starts, no refund or credits are available.

  • No refunds or credits are available after labs begin.

  • SCRiB LAB cannot provide refunds, transfer payments, or offer makeup sessions for labs a participant might miss, for any reason. 

  • If SCRiB LAB has to cancel a lab, you will receive a full refund.

Please check and double-check that you are selecting the right type of lab (either a one-time workshop or a multi-session class) at the correct rate. If you’re not sure which type of lab to select, please contact Miriam at labscrib@gmail.com.

 

GROUP EXPECTATIONS

  • Show up on time, if possible.

  • Keep your camera on, if possible.

  • Be prepared to share. Be prepared to listen. Be prepared to ask questions and give feedback.

  • Bring an open minds and generous heart.

  • Leave the big egos and dismissive language at the door.
