NO REFUNDS

• There are no refunds. Please check and double-check that you are selecting the right membership group and payment occurrence (quarterly or yearly) before submitting payment.

• If you pay for the year and leave the group before the end of the paid year, you will not receive any money back. Please consider this when selecting a yearly membership.

QUARTERLY PAYMENTS

• Payments are due before each quarter begins. You will be emailed the exact dates when you pay your initial fee.

• Suggestion: set up a recurring reminder on your calendar so you don’t forget to pay each quarter.

• You may be asked to step away from the group if your quarterly payments are behind.

YEARLY PAYMENTS

• Your payment year begins when you join the group (opposed to the calendar year).

• You will receive a reminder a month before your next payment is due (11 months from initial payment).

• Your payment will be for the year whether you stay with the group or not (see no-refund policy above).
